Parking Lot
At Orchard Acres Residents are able to park their vehicles in front of their units. Since we are within walking distance to the University of Connecticut, we also provide parking passes for purchase to the UCONN community.
Volleyball Court
The volleyball court is available for resident use. Feel free to bring your own volleyball or badminton equipment to the court. We also have a volleyball for use in the office.
Basketball Court
Our latest improvement is the basketball court on site. Bring your own basketball and enjoy!
Laundry Room
Our laundry machine is a card operated facility equipped with a mounted television. Our laundry room is located in the same building as our leasing office. This is also available for public use.
Mail Boxes
Our newly renovated indoor mailboxes are located in the same room as the laundry facility. This is next to the leasing office at Orchard Acres Apartments.’
Leasing Office
Our leasing office is located at 89 Cheney Drive, Storrs, CT 06268. We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, with an open door policy of 9am to 3pm. Contact our office to schedule an appointment ahead of time!
